Refund & Cancellation Policy

Tracé sells one-time digital unlocks. Each purchase delivers a final, downloadable file immediately — there is no subscription and nothing recurring to cancel.
General policy
Because every unlock delivers a final digital file the moment you pay, sales are generally final and non-refundable once the file has been generated and made available for download.
When we will refund or re-issue
We will gladly fix the problem, re-issue the file, or refund you if:
- the exported file is corrupted, fails to download, or is materially defective;
- you were charged in error, or charged more than once for the same poster; or
- the Service failed to deliver what was described at checkout.
How to request
Email hello@trace.wuhan.dev within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days and to resolve valid requests promptly.
Chargebacks
If something went wrong, please contact us first — we would much rather make it right than have you open a dispute. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by our payment provider.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you.
